We think that renting out a property is a bit like getting married. The viewing is the first date with the unknown. And who do you actually get involved with in a new (rental) relationship? Marriage with a stranger …

In a private partnership, we only really get to know the other person over time. Sometimes things just don’t work out and we part again. In the relationship between landlord and tenant – after a rental agreement – this is not always so easy.
When we thought about what the ideal relationship between you and your tenants is based on, we came across a nice, simple key word: Respect. Respect for property. Respect for profitability. Respect for the feeling of living. Respect on both sides. Just like in a private relationship, right?

Our 12-point guarantee

  1. Rental value – We appraise your apartment or house and quote the current market price.
  2. Documents – We create easy-to-understand floor plans and, if necessary, obtain documents from the building archive for a small fee.
  3. Photos – We produce attractive photos that give the tenant an emotional impression of the rooms. For all properties, we create small, appealing real estate videos with music.
  4. Exposé – We put a lot of effort into the exposé, the most important marketing document for your apartment or house.
  5. Internet marketing – We place advertisements in the major real estate portals and present your property in detail on our own, well-frequented homepage.
  6. Print advertising – We regularly place advertisements with rental offers in the local press, reaching people who rarely visit the Internet.
  7. Neighborhood advertising – Whenever possible, we advertise your property directly on the property itself with posters or signs. And we approach neighbors, often first-class multipliers and a good help in finding solvent tenants from your circle of acquaintances.
  8. Mailing – We inform our preferred search clients and present your property to them by telephone or by e-mail and letter.
  9. Viewings – We coordinate the viewing appointments with the interested parties and ensure that the viewing is carried out in a relaxed and safe manner. We do not rest on our laurels at weekends and are of course also on site on Saturdays and Sundays.
  10. Candidate check – We review the “application documents” with payslips and Schufa information and continue to check the absence of rental debts for creditworthiness and truthfulness. We also check the creditworthiness of your potential tenant. You will then receive a list of candidates from which you can choose your tenant.
  11. Contract and deposit service – We prepare the rental or lease agreements and discuss them with the tenant and you in our office.
  12. Protocol service – On request (for a small fee), we will carry out the acceptance and handover of your property and prepare the corresponding protocols, which in special cases will be documented with photographs.
