During the viewing, the owner should present the energy certificate of the house, which you should check carefully. The notary serves as a neutral advisory body for legal questions regarding the purchase contract for both the seller and the buyer. The notary costs when buying a house usually amount to around one percent of the notarized purchase price.
Purchase agreement
The purchase contract contains all the rights and obligations of both the buyer and the seller. This records all relevant aspects of the real estate business, such as payment modalities, mortgages, usage rights and liability exclusions.
