Checklist: Funding for new builds, conversions and refurbishments

Would you like to finally fulfil your dream of buying your dream property? Are you hesitating about buying a property because major renovation work or energy-efficient refurbishment is required? Then there is good news: Government support is available for these projects. You can find the most important state subsidies in our checklist.

Some subsidy programmes can be combined, others cannot. There are also other subsidy programmes in some federal states. It is therefore always advisable to seek advice from an independent financing and energy expert.
